Meet Our Campaign Family: Bryan, Candy, Brady, and Skylar Kuntz

Healthy families are the backbone of a healthy community. From active living to injury-free living to substance abuse prevention, strong support systems are a key to success. To emphasize our focus on families, we are exited to introduce our first-ever campaign family: Byran, Candy, Brady, and Skylar Kuntz!

Bryan is the VP of Operations for Intellicom. He graduated from UNK in 1995 with a degree in organizational communication. Bryan has previously been active in our community as a volunteer with the United Way and the TeamMates mentoring program.

Candy is a stay-at-home mom, part time grant writer, and independent ambassador with Plexus Worldwide. As a former grant writer for Miller and Associates, she was involved with Community Partners through Safe Routes to School and the Buffalo County Housing Coalition.

Bryan and Candy love staying busy walking, gardening, golfing, and spending time with their kids. Brady and Skylar enjoy joining their parents for walks, reading, and exploring Buffalo County.

The Kuntz family is excited to be part of the campaign this year and love all the great family events that Community Partners helps promote. So far, they have been able to participate in the Healthy Families Weekend, Walk Out on Your Job, and are looking forward to the Community Building Block Party at the Community Olympics.

“Community Partners is instrumental in promoting healthy families and providing children with a community in which they can thrive,” they said. “As a family, we are honored to be a small part of this great organization.”

We want to thank the Kuntz family for their support in building a healthier Buffalo County, not only in representing Community Partners, but also in leading as examples of active and involved community members. We couldn’t be more excite for what’s to come in 2015!

Be on the lookout for them at our upcoming events:

Campaign Goal Set at $155,000

Thermometer_40After a successful campaign last year, and with lofty goals as 2020 approaches, Community Partners is excited to announce a campaign goal of $155,000 for 2015.

These funds will not only help us as we work towards our goals for the Buffalo County 2020 Vision, but will also help us pursue additional grant funding to help leverage community donations. The support we’ve seen and partnerships we’ve built continually help us secure grant funding to bring into the community, but donations are important to help us continue our work.

So far, we’ve raised nearly 40% of our goal. Please consider a donation to our 2015 annual fund campaign. Donate on our website at bcchp.org/donate or contact us at 308-865-2284 or email us to learn more.
