Program Manager | Full Time
The Program Manager will be responsible in building community-based teams to leverage community impact. Will be a part of a highly functioning team. The Manager will report to the Program Director. Facilitate community systems of resources and services which strengthen families, builds protective and promotive factors and provides access to prevention resources. Work collaboratively with providers in the community to meet families where they are to assist them in moving toward sustainable goals, in which they have ownership.
