The HealthyMINDS Collaborative mental health work group is hosting a live event on May 16 at 10-11:30 a.m. via the Buffalo County Community Partners Facebook page.
During the Facebook live event, mental health providers will discuss healthy relationships during COVID19. During the Facebook live event, mental health providers will discuss the challenges that COVID19 has brought to our family and internal lives. The event will address grief, family dynamics, conflict resolution, domestic violence, maintaining friendships, substance use, and connectivity. Common coping strategies and actionable techniques to promote resiliency will also be shared. Community members are invited to submit questions prior to the event, using the form below. There will also be an opportunity for participants to ask questions in comments during the Facebook live event.
