The Program Manager will be responsible in building community-based teams to leverage community impact. Will be a part of a highly functioning team. The Manager will report to the Chief Executive Officer. Facilitate community systems of resources and services which strengthen families, builds protective and promotive factors and provides access to prevention resources.
