Building Connections that Count in Buffalo County
Do you have an innovative idea or identified a problem that needs to be addressed to Strengthen Community Well Being?
Community Partners provides conversation space to address community issues and invite innovative solutions. We have trusted experience in lifting conversations for others to see and build mutually reinforcing activities to create the greatest impact for your community.
Does your innovative idea or identified problem fit into one of the existing Community Work Groups?
If not, how might we support you? A steering committee is available to work in partnership with you. Our purpose is to start a conversation around problems and innovations that don’t have coordinated convening space in your community. To begin, we have designed a set of questions for you to start with to begin a conversation. Members of the steering committee are available to assist you in answering these questions and connect you to other partners in the community with similar interests.
- Describe the work that you are lifting up for community partners to learn about. When possible, define the need and resources available.
- Who are you partnering with? Who is missing from the conversation?
- What expertise is needed to support this work? What expertise is available to be shared with others?
- How will success be measured?
- What support are you looking for Buffalo County Community Partners or others community partners to provide?
Consider these questions and contact Denise Zwiener at info@bcchp.org to discuss meeting with a Steering Committee member. In addition, we share this tool with you. It has been designed to build shared community agendas with mutually reinforcing activities and shared data measurements.
Members of the steering committee are available to start a conversation with you. Community Partners Steering Committee convenes monthly to hear from community partners like you.
